The Wine Store, like the rest of the Tarbell's family, is a chameleon ... able to
consult on your cellar
source special orders (If it's gettable, we'll get it)
throw a heck of a cocktail party
curate splendid wines for Mark's Wine Club
seat up to 40 for a private dinner
put together gorgeous custom gift boxes
and leap tall buildings in a single bound.
Oh and we have wine for sale too. All kinds of wine. Since our inventory changes constantly we don't have a product list here, but we're happy to do a little name dropping so you get the general idea:
Aubert .... Bond ... Cakebread ... Caymus ... The One and Only Incomparable Incredible Domaine de la Romanée–Conti ... Harlan ... Kosta Browne ... Krug ... Mount Eden ... Peter Michael ... Quintessa ... Rochioli ... Roederer ... Sea Smoke ... Shafer ... Silver Oak ... Spottswoode ... Taittinger ... Veuve Clicquot
We also have Beers From Around the World, an intriguing collection of Riedel crystal glasses and decanters, and assorted wine doo-dads you didn't even know you needed.
Sunlight may be the last thing you want to think about right now, while the Phoenix temp goes slithering toward 120. But wine is a very big bright spot in our lives, and we've got to share!

Right now we want to share 2012 GRIEVE FAMILY WINERY SAUVIGNON BLANC. This labor of love from the Lovall Valley in Sonoma is a blend of two harvests; the grapes at the southern end of the vineyard are picked first and then, about 2 weeks later, the grapes on the northern end are selected. The result is pure beauty. Powerful fruit (melon, apricot, grapefruit and more), with a bright acidity that makes a crisp impact. We're selling it for $45.99.
